Here's
how you get custom fit trays and molds for your (at home) teeth whitening system.
Please note that each complete kit contains a temporary tray so you can start the whitening process without delays.
When a person wants to get their teeth whitened, they'll need to take a mold of their teeth (by taking impressions of your teeth) so a custom tray can be made. These molds are sent to our dental
lab (Pro-White Dental Lab).
Our
team of dental lab techs take those impressions and
make molds of your teeth.
In the lab, after
the molds are made, we'll take a piece of plastic/rubber
like material and we'll place it over a heat source
so that the material basically melts and forms over
the mold (teeth) with the aid of a vacuum (sucks the
melted/heated plastic over the mold) to form custom
fitted bleaching trays (see photo)
Once
the bleaching trays are made, we'll mail them back
to you. Each kit provides a temporary tray so you can begin the process while your custom-fit trays are delivered. At home, you can start to apply the bleaching gel to start your whitening process (by putting bleaching gel in
the trays and wearing the trays for an hour or two each
day for a few days) In just a few dayas, you'll notice up to 8 shades whiter teeth
!
All clients of Pro White Teeth follow these 7 easy steps. You'll send impressions to our dental lab using a postage
paid envelope that comes with each system... you'll
be doing the same thing dentists do when we make their
bleaching trays and provide teeth whitening kits for their patients!

2. When you receive your kit, carefully read the steps before beginning. The process is extremely simple and easy to use.
3. Taking Your Impressions
After reviewing the steps, take out 1 set of the white & blue impression material (putty).
4. Mixing the Putty
You'll mix the 2 colored putty together for 45 seconds to get one solid color (blue).
5. Putty & Tray
After getting your putty to be one solid color, simply roll it and shape it like a hotdog and pick-up your tray
6. Put Putty Into Tray
Put the hotdog shaped putty into the tray, making sure to cover all parts of the tray.
7. Take Your Impressions
Take the tray & place it over the center of your upper teeth & push the tray over your teeth.. Hold for 4 minutes & remove. Do the same with lower teeth when done.
That's It! Send your impressions back to our dental lab using the pre-paid envelope that came with your kit & we'll make your trays & send them back to you.
